How Do We Handle Grease And Debris Blockages?

Magic Plumbing has been serving San Francisco for over 31 years. Back then we were know as Magic Rooter we specialized in sewer & drain cleaning we were the first local company to use Hydro-Jet technology. The Hydro Jet machine uses high pressured water to clean the inside of the drain, this scouring action removes all the debris that has built up in the drain over time. We use different nozzles on our machine to serve a special purpose, for basic paper clogs we use a jetter nozzle that sprays backwards pushing the debris away into the main sewer sewer drain.

Drain Cleaning San Francisco Professionals

Each Magic truck has an industrial Hydro-Jet machine installed, when we arrive onsite we have all the equipment we need to solve any sewer drain plumbing drain problem within minutes.

For hard grease clogs like in restaurants and apartment buildings we use a jetter nozzle that spins inside the pipe. This spinning action forces high powered water at a near 90 degree angle to the pipe wall, this action emulsifies the grease destroying it within minutes allowing it to flow like liquid away into the main sewer drain pipe. If the same was done with a regular jetting nozzle large sections of grease will still stay on to the sides of the pipe, the plumbing drain problem with this is those pieces fall into the sewer drain and due to their size become logged at bends and clog the main sewer drain pipe again.

We have a drain maintenance program to keep drain pipes flowing fee and clear all the time, this is mostly used by restaurants that have to battle drains clogged with grease.

So if you have grease in your drain and it keeps backing up, in most cases the problem is incorrect equipment being used and the technique the pipe cleaner is using.

This is a long-lasting solution to unblock a drain full of grease, dirt, and the fastest way to fix a stopped sewer drain and to make sure the sewer drain is as good as new.
